As one of the initial members of our German team, you will support sales from defining customized offers to implementing solutions on-site with our customers, working closely with the Key Account Management (KAM) team.
This solution enables centralized, optimal control of drivers, fleet, and goods. It includes among others, a 24/7 breakdown service, predictive maintenance, charging management, driver suite, route planning, and goods management. The scope and design of these modules will be adapted to fit the customer’s processes, existing systems, and requirements, aiming to provide a process- and cost-optimized solution that significantly reduces the customer’s CO₂ footprint.
- Together with relevant departments, translate customer requirements into structured project plans to steer your projects.
- Ensure each defined offer is delivered in agreed quality and on time.
- Close collaboration with the vehicle project team, engineers, service and IT solution teams, and organizing co-construction workshops with our customers are integral parts of your role.
- Continuously work on improving individual customer solutions and further educate yourself internally and externally in urban logistics
Responsibilities:
