Description:

CATERING:

  • Determine catering entitlements with checking Flight Crew Rosters according FDP in AIMS
  • Decision making about size of catering according rotations/stations and length of ground time
  • Administration of and communication to all catering supplier
  • Daily catering orders for scheduled, charter-out flights & ad-hoc flights for EAT B757/A300 & A330 fleet as well as supporting DHK/DHA & ASL with ad-hoc orders
  • Consideration of special catering orders by pilots (allergy)
  • Catering data updates/generating catering overview/uploading catering overview to Aviobook
  • First point of contact for all catering issues

Responsibilities:

YOUR TASKS

The Flight Operations Control Senior Professional reports to the Manager FOC - Crew Care & FOC Support and is first point of contract for all catering issues as well as for the administration of the Crew Sleeping facilities for own and third party Flight Crews. Additionally, they provide 24/7 support to the Flight Operations Control team, taking care of all delegated administration tasks.

GENERAL TASKS:

  • Support all FOC teams (CSD/DSP) in general administration tasks such as preparing flight utensils (flight envelopes, bug cards, reporting forms etc.) for EAT & other airlines
  • Checking status if flight plans are submitted in Aviobook and if not, contacting crews
  • Coordination of airside/landside transportation if required
  • Facilitate all-around contact between crews and other departments such as Flight operations, Flight Crew Training, HR or HSE (IPads, uniform fittings, headsets, important documents, medical travel kits, high visibility vests etc.)
  • Manage Lost & Found for all fleets
  • First point of contact for all issues belonging to FOC / distribute/forward information to all FOC members / pass through information for flight crews on counter
  • Additional duties and responsibilities are part of the individual procedures and/or may be assigned by the Manager FOC
