European Air Transport Leipzig GmbH (EAT) is a subsidiary of Deutsche Post DHL Group. It is an aircraft maintenance company as well as a cargo airline. Responsibilities:
- In the function of (deputy) EFB Administrator:
- Coordination with local and global DHL entities to implement and keep operational applications and EFB operating system up to date,
- Check of potential security and functional issues associated with the applications installed,
- Further development of EFB operational integration and authority approvals if required,
- Provision of EFB related documentation and flight crew training,
- Managing and directing the distribution of Flight Operations Documentation,
- Managing, directing and administrating Flight Operations Systems (Aviobook, mPilot, performance software, ACARS/datalink, FMC database),
- Coordination of the application of the Corporate Policy regarding documentation control and production,
- Implementation and documentation of IOSA Flight Ops requirements (ISARPs),
- Check of Flight Operations Support related invoices in accordance with budget,
- Support of flight operational projects,
- Participation in cross-departmental projects,
- Creation of procedures and processes relating to his/her scope of competence
