Job Description

  • Support brokers across the APAC region in coordinating and customizing flight details with the airlines, clients, and handing agents to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Coordinate all operational aspects of charter flights including all necessary steps from flight confirmation to flight completion
  • Ensure all passengers and airline information is accurate and correct
  • Verify catering and requested amenities have been delivered
  • Check the aircraft cabin is well presented before boarding (ie. Branding)
  • Assist with flight repping or riding where required
  • Monitor service quality from suppliers and promptly identify areas for improvement
  • Actively participate in change management activities, including ensuring that improvements or new initiates are effectively delivered
  • Collaborate with brokers and other relevant stakeholders to identify opportunities for personalized service

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrated achievement in customer service logistic within multi-disciplined environment
  • Broad experience in a customer-facing role, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization
  • Excellent administrative and computer proficiency skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Ability to thrive in last-minute, stressful situations

  • Require to work on weekends and outside of standard business hours
