The Boeing Company is looking for a Flight Test Analyst to join our team in Oklahoma City, OK.
This is an exciting opportunity supporting Boeing’s strategic bombers aircraft programs.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Associate, Mid-Level and Senior level Flight Test Analysts.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
- 2+ years of experience with lab test, flight test, or systems test
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
- 3 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of experience with commercial and/or military aircraft
- Experience supporting planning for test activities
- Technical or operational leadership experience
Responsibilities:
- Support flight test engineering in defining requirements, developing test procedures, and performing analyses
- Coordinate, aircraft or lab, integration, modification, setup, checkout, and teardown
- Works with other members of project or program teams, management, and technical staff to define and implement test solutions
- Supports development and documentation of standardized test methods and processes to ensure repeatability and productivity
- Coordinates with others to plan testing, estimate test support requirements and ensure availability of test equipment, materials, fixtures and vehicles
- Troubleshoots and resolves instrumentation system, data and test-related problems
- Integrates test hardware, software, bench testing and systems checkout per engineering drawing and documents
- Monitors test progress and test configuration/instrumentation; ensures configuration of test article/facility is returned to pre-test condition
- Develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements
