  We are seeking an exceptional Floor Supervisor to join the Claridge’s Bar team at Claridge’s.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Successful candidates for our Floor Supervisor opportunity will:

• Demonstrate genuine dedication to Claridge’s and show a commitment to consistent quality in our product and service.
• Provide intuitive service, with absolute understanding of our guests needs to create exceptional service experiences, that result in lasting memories
• Be motivated, creative and have worked in a similar role, within hospitality.
• Be fluent in spoken and written English.
• Demonstrate the ability to work in a pressured environment with the most demanding guests.
• Have exceptional product knowledge in regards to Spirits, Wines and Champagnes and a thorough understanding of industry trends and developments.

As Floor Supervisor you will be responsible for:

• The seamless running of Claridge’s Bar, including ensuring that all our standards are met by the team.
• As a senior member of the team you will lead by example and manage our Floor team, ensuring that their development needs are met.
• To be able to train the team for the LQA/Forbes standards and ensure that the team and consistently delivering the standards and providing a warm and personal service to our guests.
• Creating memorable experiences for our guests, simultaneously ensuring that service is prompt and professional.
• Handling complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensuring that licensing laws, health and safety legislation is adhered to.
