Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Work directly with mentees to provide personalized career coaching, including career transition and transformation strategies
  • Assist in negotiating job offers, ensuring mentees get the most beneficial terms and conditions
  • Actively search for job leads that align with the career goals of the subscribers
  • Answer general career-related queries, such as LinkedIn optimization, resume tips, cover letter creation, interview preparation, and more
  • Design and deliver workshops or webinars on job search strategies, interviewing skills, LinkedIn optimization, resume writing, and other career-related topics
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the job market and recruitment strategies
  • Collaborate with the rest of the career services team to monitor subscriber career progress and ensure satisfaction

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

  • Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in career coaching or a related role
  • Strong understanding of the job market, compensation bands and hiring processes across various industries
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn optimization and resume building
  • Ability to work with individuals at all career stages, from entry-level to executives
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
