Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via calls, chats, and emails
  • Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Meet team KPIs
  • Handling customers inquiries regarding product functionality, subscription, troubleshooting issues and reporting bugs
  • Escalating cases to client’s internal teams
  • Writing help center articles
  • Maintain working knowledge of our client’s products and services

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

  • Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
  • Minimum 6+ months of experience as a Team Lead
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Intercom, Zendesk, Salesforce)
  • Experience in customer service
  • Analytical and research skills
  • Positive and responsible attitude
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
