YOUR CHALLENGE
We are looking for a passionate Office Manager to support our customers, innovative start-ups, scale-ups and SMEs. This is a “consultancy” role, so it involves multiple clients per week. So the ideal environment to further develop your talents and expertise in a changing context. No day is the same! Moreover, these trajectories/projects can take place remotely as well as at the customer’s premises: variety at its best!
Some of the responsibilities you will be entrusted with:
- General administration: fleet management, insurance management, communication with customers and suppliers, etc.
- Financial administration: debtor management, processing purchase and sales invoices, preparing sales invoices, preparing accounting processing, optimizing processes, etc.
- HR administration: recruitment support, onboarding, leave planning, payroll administration, etc.
- Marketing support such as maintaining social media, etc.
- Organizing team buildings, events, etc.
- Provide advice and contribute ideas in various areas, depending on the concrete needs.
So you play an important role within the organization where you can really make a difference, both for the customer and for yourself!
