Description:

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Significant experience in account management, particularly within shared services or matrixed environments.
  • Strong understanding of leveraging shared operational resources for client benefit and account growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strategic mindset focused on account expansion.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
  • IT literate, with experience of using Microsoft and CRMs
  • Self-motivated, confident and an engaging approachable manner with a ‘can do’ flexible attitude to work requirements.
  • Team player and able to motivate others.
  • Ability to prioritise and produce accurate work meeting deadlines under pressure.
  • A full, clean, driving licence and the willingness to travel in the UK to all client sites as required.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Due to our continued growth we have an exiting opportunity for an Account Manager to join our team managing the delivery of FM services to our prestigious clients.
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client portfolios within the shared services model, ensuring scalable and efficient service delivery that meets diverse client needs, and driving account growth through strategic service expansion.
This role will be based out of our Leeds office with a requirement to travel around the UK visiting clients sites when required.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the main contact for clients utilizing shared services, championing their needs and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Foster strong client relationships, providing regular updates and strategic insights into shared service benefits.
  • Coordinate with shared services teams to ensure resource availability and alignment with client service requirements.Identify and capitalize on opportunities for account growth within the shared services framework.
