Responsibilities

• To manage facility operations by implementing quality standards and procedure for preventive and corrective maintenance works
• To lead facility team comprising technical officers, supervisors, technicians, and service providers
• To provide advisory and troubleshooting for technical difficulties and recommend corrective actions to take
• To analyze maintenance data and manage performance of service providers in their service delivery
• To advise on maintenance and repair scope of works to client where necessary
• To work with safety officer to review compliance on regulatory and organizational Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and practices.

Requirements

• Engineering Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or relevant disciplines from a recognized university
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience (for Degree Holder), or 5 years relevant experience (for Diploma Holder)
