Join us as the FMOMA Contract Manager, overseeing contractual compliance, service delivery, client relationships, risk management, and strategic planning for Acciona’s Australian operations.

Job Description

  • HSEQ Leadership: Champion a positive safety and environmental culture, ensuring compliance with policies and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Contractual Compliance: Monitor and advise on FMOMA terms, guiding internal teams to meet obligations.
  • Service Delivery Oversight: Ensure facility management meets standards, monitoring performance and taking corrective actions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the main liaison, aligning priorities and enhancing satisfaction.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate operational, financial, and compliance risks associated with the contract.
  • Financial Management: Budget, forecast, and control costs, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements.
  • Collaboration and Reporting: Collaborate across departments, prepare regular reports on contract performance, and maintain accurate documentation.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Tertiary degree and 10+ years in commercial/contracts management.
  • Energy sector experience, preferably in technical asset management.
  • Hands-on knowledge of operations and maintenance cycles.
  • Extensive experience in managing complex contracts.
  • Proven track record of influencing strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in financial management and project organization.
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Competence in computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
