The Role
Job Description: - Handle daily tasks such as opening, closing, inventory, and maintaining cafe cleanliness. - Assist the Branch Manager in managing the team members and daily operations of the shop. - Check customer feedback, address complaints promptly, and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction. - Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness regulations and maintain an appealing appearance for the café.
Requirements
Position Title: FOH Supervisor Employment Type: Full Time Salary: Up to 6K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications, plus duty meals, tips, and service charges Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A casual dining restaurant known for its modern American cuisine and specialty dishes in Dubai.
