WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Are you passionate about people, drinks and food? If the answer is yes, then this is the role for you! We are seeking a bubbly and friendly candidate who likes to be in a customer-facing position. You will ideally have worked within a hospitality setting previously and be familiar with the inner workings of a restaurant, however, this is not essential as training will be provided. What is essential though is a passion for hospitality! You will be hard-working, able to work alongside others as part of a team, and able to speak confidently to customers. You will also be willing to work a range of shifts, including daytime, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing the bar for the day and night ahead including setting up, prepping, stocking and cleaning.
  • Meeting and greeting guests. Making recommendations and engaging in conversation.
  • Taking food and drink orders and processing them through a till. Cash and card transactions.
  • Proving table service.
  • Sales driven, keen to up-sell and cross-sell.
  • Coaching and supporting new team members.
  • Supporting other hotel colleagues and helping out in other areas of the hotel when it’s needed.
