Food and Beverage Assistant Manager

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years’ experience managing a large Food and Beverage operation (casino preferred but not required), including previous supervisory experience. Serving & Bartending experience.
• ProServe is a requirement for the role
• Computer knowledge is a definite asset
• Professional Appearance
• Organized and can work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop rapport with guests by providing them with service and respect
• Ability to liaise effectively with other department managers in the casino
• Capable of resolving disputes or complaints quickly and effectively

• Assist the Food and Beverage Manager in managing the department to ensure superior guest satisfaction
• Responsible for supervising junior employees, building morale, and fostering an environment of co-operation and efficiency
• Required to assist in the assessment of goals, performance and development for junior staff and generally help to ensure that team members are meeting business and client needs
• Assist in preparing budgets, cost, and revenue projections, purchasing plans, staffing plans and schedules
