As a Food & Beverage Assistant at The iNUA Collection, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our valued guests. We have a few openings with different skill sets required from the right candidates, from Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Room Service, and/or Conferences and Events.
Your main duty is ensuring each guest leaves feeling pampered and unique.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a Hotel or Cruise Ship setting.
• Strong Food & Beverage skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for providing exceptional guest service.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.

• Providing exceptional guest service: This includes greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, ensuring timely food and beverage delivery, and attending to guest needs throughout their dining experience.
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus: Being able to answer guest questions about menu items, offer recommendations, and explain daily specials.
• Working effectively as part of a team: Collaborating with colleagues in the kitchen and dining area to ensure smooth service and a positive dining atmosphere.
• Uphold the exceptional standards of service synonymous with The iNUA Collection brand: Demonstrating a willingness to learn, a commitment to excellence, and a dedication to providing a memorable experience for all guests.
