WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR …

We are looking for enthusiastic, hospitable and all-round amazing hospitality stars to join our fantastic Food and Beverage Team at The Coldra Court Hotel.
If you are friendly, courteous, love working as part of a team and are passionate about the hospitality industry, we would love to hear from you!
You will have just what it takes to impress our guests with your exceptional guest service skills, sparkling personality and good levels of spoken and written English. You will be a committed team player who enjoys working as a team and providing a memorable guest experience.

Most importantly, you’ll guarantee an amazing experience for all our guests. You will give help to our guests with table service and ordering via our app. You will anticipate, prioritise and support guest needs such as dietary requirements and allergen advice. You will also assist colleagues, managers and supervisors in making your area safe, clean and welcoming at all times.
This role is varied, with no two days the same. You will work across The Rib Smokehouse and Grill, Room Service, Conferencing, Sports Teams, weddings and events.
