We are looking for a strong Food & Beverage Manager who is:

Level 3 Food Safety Hygiene Certificate is also desirable for this role.
Responsibilities:
The Food & Beverage Manager will be responsible for the Food & Beverage operation across both Hobbledown and Gripped at Hounslow, West London.
This role will ensure exceptional safety standards in relation to food hygiene, cleanliness, allergen management, COSHH and general health and safety. The Food & Beverage Manager will ensure risk assessments and appropriate record keeping is in place and the teams are fully trained and competent in all the above, including the safe operating of all equipment. The Food & Beverage Manager will also be P&L accountable in driving visitor spends and revenue opportunities, controlling costs and stock levels to meet demand and managing labour in accordance to agreed budgets.
Providing our visitors with brilliant service, ensuring product quality and availability in a clean welcoming environment, will positively contribute to experience and will be measured by our customer service scores (Trip Advisor, Google Reviews). Leading by example, understanding, and reacting to guests and of course our teams needs will support continuous improvements.
Based in Hounslow, West London, this is a full-time permanent position and will work any five days out of seven. The salary for this role is up to £35,000/annum, plus team benefits.
