We are looking for a talented Food and Beverage Supervisor to deliver excellent levels of customer satisfaction and join our upbeat hardworking team. Our brand-new 225-bedroom 4-Star Maldron Hotel is one of the latest additions to the Dalata Group family, situated in the vibrant heart of Brighton. Our hotel offers a variety of new exciting facilities, engagement imitative for staff as well as plentiful learning and development programs.
As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will lead the team in ensuring seamless operations and impeccable customer service across our dining outlets. From managing day-to-day activities to facilitating and implementing service standards, your work will be integral in creating memorable moments and return custom from our guests. REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous hotel experience in a 3/4-star hotel property is desired but not essential.
- Previous experience in a high volume/ fast paced environment.
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
- Micros Experience would be preferable.
- Experience leading teams

Responsibilities:
OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, the F&B Supervisor will provide a friendly and efficient service to the hotel guests.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Regular guests are known and greeted accordingly using their name.
- Ensure a good working knowledge of food and wine. Be able to make recommendations.
- Oversight of day-to-day operations, ensuring a seamless service
- Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
- Up-sell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible.
- Ensure service is running alongside health and safety compliance
