Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We have an exciting opportunity available for a passionate and energetic individual to be the face of our latest food and beverage outlet. Being part of a collaborative team you will lead our team to create an amazing experience for our members and guests. We are looking for someone who shares our positive ‘can-do’ attitude and is ready to jump straight into the position and make it their own.

YOUR MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES WOULD INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Maintaining high levels of customer service to our members and guests at all times;
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage outlet;
  • Shift and staff management including performance management and disciplinary action;
  • Assisting employees and customers with any enquiries;
  • Ordering of stock;
  • Rostering of staff and managing staffing levels;
  • Managing conflict resolution and customer complaints;
  • Completing Daily Shift Reports and following up on corrective actions;
  • Daily cash reconciliation, handling and processing;
  • Develop strategies to help drive customer engagement;
  • Ensure all areas are presented and cleaned to a high standard at all times;
  • Ensuring the comfort and wellbeing of members and guests by ensuring all WHS requirements are being met at all times and;
  • Adhering to Panthers policies, procedures and legislative requirements.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WOULD NEED TO POSSESS THE FOLLOWING:

  • At least 2 years’ previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry;
  • Fantastic written and verbal communication skills;
  • Exceptional shift management and customer service skills;
  • Ability to deal with complex situations and make effective business decisions;
  • Intermediate computer skills including understanding of Microsoft applications;
  • High standard of personal grooming;
  • Food, wine and beverage knowledge;
  • Current RSA/RCG qualifications;
  • Food Safety Supervisor Certificate preferred and;
  • Relevant qualifications in Hospitality and/or Management would be advantageous.
