Purpose
As a Food & Beverage Team Leader, you play a significant role in organising various dining experiences. Your primary goal is to guide a cohesive team, ensuring smooth food and beverage operations. Your dedication to precision, guest satisfaction, and teamwork will be essential for the success of every dining experience.

Primary Responsibilities

  • You set the pace and lead by example during busy service periods
  • Collaborate with the team and spark motivation to attain exceptional results together
  • Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere where you will turn every moment into a memory and every experience into a story
  • Upselling isn’t just about numbers; it’s about crafting an unforgettable experience that leaves our guests craving for more
  • When challenges arise, your ability to transform obstacles into opportunities shines
  • Proactively source information to increase your product knowledge

Skills and Experience

  • Proficiency in food & beverage protocols, encompassing table & event service, beverage expertise, and coffee crafting skills
  • Confidence in communicating with guests and colleagues for seamless teamwork
  • Adaptable within diverse food & beverage settings, with flexibility across different schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
  • Possession of a valid RSA or an equivalent qualification for the specific Country / State / Territory
  • Passion for engaging with patrons and collaborating within a team of diverse professionals
