In the context of direct placement, we are currently searching for several full-time Team Leaders (m/f/x) in the Restaurant Service for a luxury hotel in Dubai from December 2024.
Bevezető
Are you planning to take a break in your studies and also prefer to extend your professional work experience? How about making it happen in a new luxury hotel opening abroad, with varied tasks and gaining international contacts?
Develop your professional skills in the hotel industry, during your time, with a series of trainings and courses!

Feladatok

• Management and administration of the restaurant business at the highest level
• Active cooperation in the restaurant
• First point of contact for guests
• Daily motivation of the service team to deliver top performance
• Creating a positive working atmosphere and training of the team
• Constant exchange with the kitchen and all other hotel departments
• Compliance with hotel safety and fire protection regulations as well as all health and safety regulations

Elvárások

• Completed education in the restaurant or hotel industry and at least 2 years of professional experience in service
• Extensive knowledge of wine, drinks and food
• Good knowledge of English (fluent, active)
• Confidence, a sense of responsibility and a structured and goal-oriented way of working
• Willingness to work full-time and in shifts for at least 6 months

Előny

• knowledge of another international language is an advantage
