Description:

The Hodson Bay Hotel are excited to recruit Food and Beverage Assistants to join our friendly Food and Beverage team in our Restaurant/ Banqueting /Bar & Brasserie teams.
We are particularly interested in candidates who have availability to work on weekdays, for part time or full time hours. We have a variety of shifts available to suit all needs across the morning, afternoon & evening shifts. Candidates must be flexible to work across weekdays & weekends, when needed.

Responsibilities:

  • To carry out all Food & Beverage assistant duties as per the agreed standards.
  • To assist and carry out duties for the Restaurant, Bar, Cafe, Banqueting & Room Service when necessary
  • To participate in training as required by Supervisor or Manager.
  • To be responsible for the service of the Restaurant, Bar, Cafe or Room Service where directed.
  • To ensure the highest levels of Customer Care are practised at all times.
  • To carry out the Hotel’s customer relations policy.
  • To communicate Hotel services to guests.
  • To ensure cash/vouchers and all forms of payment are handled in a secure and responsible manner in all Food & Beverage Outlets
  • To ensure a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming.
  • To wear relevant uniform and name badge at all times.
  • To ensure that reasonable care is taken for the Health & Safety of yourself, other employees, guests and any other persons on the Hotel premises.
  • Any other duties as directed by management.
