The Role
We are seeking a talented Food & Beverage Attendant to join our Mini Bar team, located within the luxurious Pan Pacific Melbourne Hotel. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food and hospitality and will have a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service to our guests.

In the role you will be:

  • Stocking mini bars with items according to inventory levels
  • Checking minibar usage & keeping track of guest charges
  • Cleaning & organising mini bars to ensure they are presentable
  • Handling guest inquiries and requests relating to the mini bars
  • Reporting any maintenance issues regarding the mini bars

Talent Profile

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel setting.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
