REQUIREMENTS
- Previous food and beverage experience
- Passion for the hospitality industry, customer-focused, energetic, and self-motivated
- Ability to adhere to compliance and operational requirements
- Effective communication skills with customers and colleagues; a team player
- Solid work ethic, dependability, well presented with tidy work habits
- Respect for equality and a commitment to workplace culture and safety
- Reliable own transport as some shifts are not supported by public transport to and/or from the airport
Qualifications
- Team Leaders must have Approved Managers Card
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
- Food Safety Certificate or willing to obtain at onboarding
Responsibilities:
- Team Leaders – must have Approved Managers Card
- Waitstaff – experienced in 3-plate carry, 5-plate clear, fine
- dining or functions experience desirable
- Bartenders – craft beer and wine knowledge, experience in cocktail making
- Baristas – prior experience in a barista role, speed of coffee service highly regarded, willing to be a café all rounder
- Food & Beverage Attendant all-rounders – customer service and POS experienc
