Food & Beverage Manager

The Hyatt Centric Hotel are accepting applications for a Food & Beverage Manager to work closely with the Managing Director/General Manager to oversee the Food & Beverage operation. The scope of the role will include overseeing Food & Beverage and Banqueting service. The Hyatt Centric was recently voted in the Top 10 Hotels in Ireland on Tripadvisor so you will be joining a renowned property under a global brand. The candidate will develop and execute food and beverage strategy and goals for Hyatt Centric while upholding the core values of the hotel and the Hodson Bay group; work directly with the F&B leadership team, kitchen team & wider hotel team to develop and implement promotions, food and wine pairings, menu items and presentations; develop a food and beverage operating strategy that is aligned with the hotel’s business strategy and leads its execution.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Relevant 3rd level qualification
• Minimum of 2 years’ F&B Management experience
• Positive outgoing and friendly personality
• The ability to lead and motivate the team
• Highly organised with the ability to drive new initiatives
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
