Description:
The Hyatt Centric Hotel are accepting applications for a Food & Beverage Manager to work closely with the Managing Director/General Manager to oversee the Food & Beverage operation. The scope of the role will include overseeing Food & Beverage and Banqueting service. The Hyatt Centric was recently voted in the Top 10 Hotels in Ireland on Tripadvisor so you will be joining a renowned property under a global brand. The hotel is also proud to be accredited Outstanding Employer status by Failte Ireland as part of their Employer Excellence team.
The candidate will develop and execute food and beverage strategy and goals for Hyatt Centric while upholding the core values of the hotel and the Hodson Bay group; work directly with the F&B leadership team, kitchen team & wider hotel team to develop and implement promotions, food and wine pairings, menu items and presentations; develop a food and beverage operating strategy that is aligned with the hotel’s business strategy and leads its execution.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Relevant 3rd level qualification
- Minimum of 2 years’ F&B Management experience
- Positive outgoing and friendly personality
- The ability to lead and motivate the team
- Highly organised with the ability to drive new initiatives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
