REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous Food and Beverage experience
• Available to work weekdays and weekends
• Must perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills to maintain good interdepartmental relations
• Committed to delivering high levels of customer service
• Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
• Ability to work on your own or in teams

• Supervise Food and Beverage Outlet operations
• Communicate and delegate tasks to the team
• Ensure compliance of brand standards and a high level of cleanliness
• Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Assist management with achieving financial targets and upselling F&B items
• Assist management with training and development of team members.
• Applicants must be flexible to work in all F&B outlets- Atrium Bar, Restaurant, Functions.
