FOOD & BEVERAGE (F&B) SUPERVISOR

We are currently hiring for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to provide evening supervision in our Skal Restuarant. The Food & Beverage Supervisor is a detail-oriented leader focused on providing creating outstanding guest experiences and exceptional guest service in the Food & Beverage Outlets. The F&B Supervisor is required to work closely with the entire Food and Beverage team to ensure a successful experience for our guests. This important position is responsible for supervising the F&B operations. As a member of the Food & Beverage team, the Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for leading the team in the sucessful execution of service in the Outlets while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service. This position requires an energetic, self-motivated, detail-oriented leader with a passion forgoing above and beyond to provide guests with outstanding experiences. This hands-on leadership roll inspires team members and leads by example with the goal of developing a highly motivated, committed team. The Banquets Supervisor is a role model and leader consistently exhibiting Silver Hotel Groups
values with guests and associates providing hands on leadership contributing to efficient operation of the Food & Beverage Department.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized and exceptional guest service at every given opportunity.
  • Responsible for directing, delegating, and coordinating the banquets and outlet’s team members;
  • Build guest relations with hotel guests, corporate clients, and travelers, and capture new opportunities to network/brand all hotel outlets;
  • Responsible for quality control inspections, and service standards implementation/execution;
  • To work closely with all employees and lead the team in service to ensure all reservation details, and function specifications are executed;
  • Responsible for maintaining inventories, adequate par levels, and providing requisition of necessary products;
  • Ensures the team members are aware of and follow all health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Preparing for and facilitating meetings with employees and management;
  • Responsible for maximizing seating occupancy and total covers while maintaining a high quality of service;
  • Responsible for coaching, motivating, planning, and assisting team members on daily basis;
  • Ensure staff is adhering to all hotel policies, procedures, and systems as per outlined in the departmental standards;
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
