Join our team as the Food & Beverage Supervisor at Kitchen at Treasury.
The role of Food & Beverage Supervisor is a hands-on, leadership role which will assist in the effective running of our Kitchen at Treasury venue. The role will enable you to focus on guest satisfaction by maintaining efficiency of service, general product, and technical knowledge as well as exceptional standard of delivery and professionalism. You will oversee and assist F&B attendants to deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring our food and beverage outlets are prepared and organised to meet business requirements.
Kitchen At Treasury is one of Brisbane’s best kept secrets - a home-style diner serving up an extensive menu of classics including all-day breakfast, mouth-watering burgers, and decadent desserts.
In your role you will initially have the opportunity to work across Treasury Brisbane whilst being involved in the opening of The Star Brisbane.

ABOUT US

The $3.6 billion Queen’s Wharf Brisbane development is being delivered by Destination Brisbane Consortium – a joint venture led by The Star Entertainment Group alongside its partners.
When complete, Queen’s Wharf Brisbane will deliver four new luxury hotels, more than 50 new food and beverage experiences, significant luxury retail, the restoration of nine heritage buildings and around 1,500 residential apartments.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise team members and assist the leadership team with any training and development needed for team members
  • Monitor the quality of food and beverage service to ensure high standards are always maintained
  • Ensure a high level of guest experience is always provided in the venues and is professional, hospitable, timely, effective, and efficient
  • Set specific daily performance objectives for all team members and supervise the service flow
  • Make recommendations to the Venue Manager that will assist in maximizing revenue and minimise costs to meet company and division budgets
