WE ARE CURRENTLY RECRUITING FOR A FOOD AND BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR TO JOIN OUR EXPANDING TEAM. IF YOU HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEARS EXPERIENCE WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU. APPLICANTS MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKDAYS WITH EARLY/LATE SHIFTS.
The Food Pass Coordinator is entrusted with upholding the esteemed reputation of Castleknock Hotel by consistently demonstrating professionalism, leadership, and adherence to the highest standards of service excellence and best practices. This role encompasses the supervision of all food and beverage service areas, ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences, fostering employee development, and driving revenue growth. Additionally, the Food Pass Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the Food Pass area, liaising with Head Chefs and the Executive Head Chef to arrange staff training on food Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and other F&B SOPs, and being flexible to work in other areas of the F&B departments as needed.
