The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Food Runner to join our team for a “Japanese Fine Dining Restaurant”, who serves “alcohol” in premises in Dubai, UAE. The Food Runner will be responsible for delivering food orders from the kitchen to customers in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. Responsibilities: - Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers’ tables or delivery area - Ensure all food items are accurately delivered and presented to customers - Assist in setting up and clearing tables as necessary - Communicate effectively with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth food delivery process - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the food delivery area and kitchen - Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards - Provide friendly and attentive service to customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Food Runner in “Fine Dining Restaurant” in the hospitality industry is must. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Highly presentable personality preferred. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in food delivery - Customer-focused with a positive attitude - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
