ABOUT THE ROLE …

We are looking for bright, energetic and dedicated people to come and join the Outback family as a Food Runner/Server Assistant.
Your number one priority will be to make our customers feel as if they are guests in your own home! You will make each guest’s day better with friendly, prompt, and attentive service.
You are the customer’s first and last impression of Outback Steakhouse. Have no worries, just fun!

In this role, you will be required to undertake the following duties:

• Deliver food to the guests with exceptional customer service skills
• Smile & have genuine conversations with guests
• Assistant Captain servers with a sense of urgency
• Assistant in expediting and preparing food
• Answer phone calls and address customer enquiries
