- Certification in ISO22000 / FSSC standards.
- Proven experience in food safety and quality assurance, preferably in the sushi and sashimi production industry.
- Strong knowledge of local and international food safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
Responsibilities:
As the Food Safety and Quality Assurance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food safety, quality, and compliance with ISO22000 and FSSC regulations in our central kitchen and around 20 supermarket counters. Your key responsibilities include:
