Job Description
Reporting to the VP of Professional Services, the Customer Implementation Specialist will focus on helping deliver customer satisfaction across a variety of projects. Responsible for implementing clients’ Food Safety & Supplier management System onto Safefood 360 platform, by building relationships with client, crafting project plans, driving the implementation, interpreting data and entering this into the system, and building suitable workflows. This role will also entail conducting customer training upon the implementation.

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent experience in food technology
  • Master’s in Food science (desirable)
  • Proven experience in front-line food safety/ quality coordinator role in food manufacture environment
  • Experience in developing and maintaining HACCP systems in a food business
  • Experience taking care of 3rd party audits and bodies and customer technical audit
  • Experience in training
  • Project Management experience and ability to manage clients’ expectation
  • Account, stakeholder & client management

Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities of the role will be as follows:

  • Learn and be proficient with the use of SF360 software.
  • Collection and organisation of customer’s data, forms records and schedules.
  • Enter data into prescribed database software and build workflows.
  • Ensure that accurate data has been entered into the database.
  • Conduct gap analysis and data clean up
  • Lead the implementation projects for the assigned clients, meeting up clients via web on a weekly basis.
  • Maintain and ensure project Smartsheets are up to date.
  • Build and maintain effective project plans and drive implementation
  • Handle clients’ expectation, build project review meeting agendas and follow-up actions report
  • Assist the client during the implementation by providing standard process examples.
  • Keep up to date with relevant legislation to support clients achieving compliance.
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
