Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Reporting to our State Food Safety Manager for NSW/VIC/TAS, to support our on-the-ground teams, state management and external regulators to ensure best practice is adhered to for our customers and community.
- Support and coach teams and demonstrate effective communication to drive best practice outcomes for stores
- Investigate store-related food safety customer complaints and support stores in root cause investigation and resolution
- Support with food related regulatory inspections by working with store teams and State Operations Team to find resolution and lead liaison with the regulator queries
Liaise with category support teams to assist in customer complaints in relation to food safetyPartner with your stakeholders to coach and implement improved processes and identify new opportunities
