Qualifications / Experience
- Minimum 3yrs work experience in Field Sales, Business Development or Key Account Management.
- Experience in FMCG, Food Service and/or Food industry is preferred.
- Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Tech or similar related education background is a plus
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage highly professional business relationships with independent and group customers in the food service sector. Drive execution of food service business development strategy to grow penetration and market share in the assigned territory. Represent the company at customers and distributors, be the voice of customers internally to deliver best in class product solution and service level to all customers.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and drive sales plan for assigned independent and group key customers to achieve defined targets defined in the sales plan.
- Aggressively drive new customer acquisition to gain market penetration.
- Effectively engage and work with customers and distributors to execute sales plan, review performance on weekly basis and if needed and set corrective actions.
- Actively manage the customer/business interface at all relevant points in order to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate and timely forecast on sales & delivery volume to support monthly demand review process.
- Identify and understand market trends and customers’ needs, collaborate with R&D team to develop new SKU or relevant product solution to capture market/customer opportunity.
Qualifications / Experience
