  • Previous experience in Food & Soft Services solutions role including line management.
  • Excellent financial planning and management skills.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to build strong client relationships.
  • A sound understanding of industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • The ability to drive key initiatives and strategies.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
  • A formal H&S qualification i.e., IOSH certificate or similar is advantageous.
  • Dependable with proactive can-do attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent IT, Administration and Communication skills.
  • Familiar with ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 – 50001 is advantageous.
  • Proven strategic thinker with ability to facilitate change.

Account Director Food & Soft Services
The Account Director for Food & Soft Services Lead will oversee the day-to-day operational activities of the Food & Soft FM services on our client’s portfolio which is located across the island of Ireland. This key role will play a key role in delivering service excellence, operational efficiency and ensuring top levels of client satisfaction. You will develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, improve service quality, and optimise operational processes.
Reporting directly to the TFM Director, the role holder requires a good knowledge of Soft FM services, ideally with a strong focus on both Catering and Cleaning services, people management and sound financial judgement with excellent customer relationship management skills. They will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of service is delivered to our clients in terms of operational commitments.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide operational and strategic leadership to the cleaning and catering services.
  • Lead a team Food and Soft service Managers within the Region, developing a high-performance culture.
  • Ensure all staff training and inductions are up to date.
  • Support and develop the onsite teams to enable them to excel at what they do best.
  • Implement quality assurance strategies which establish and maintain the highest standards, and to actively implement and monitor quality assurance programs to ensure adherence to industry standards and client requirements.
  • Excellent client and customer relationship management. In a planned way, engage with Client on an agreed basis to discuss operational items ensuring SLA’s and agreed objectives/contractual commitments are achieved and trends, consumer insights are discussed.
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication channels are established.
  • Deliver on financial commitments for the region which would include Revenue and Trading profit. Budget preparation and management
  • Management of HR issues ensuring company policies are fully implemented.
  • To ensure the financial performance of your sites are compliant, in line with budget and are reported on monthly.
  • Conduct regular site audits to ensure that the specified standard of work is maintained.
  • Take full responsibility for all quality, environmental and health and safety issues and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements including the effective closing out of audit action plans.
  • Identify, implement, and promote innovations/projects to enhance service delivery and/or customer experience.
