  At Joii Enterprises we are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Foreman/Leading hand to take control and work within our team.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

• Will have 2+ years’ experience as a Foreman/leading hand.
• Certificate III or higher in Bricklaying is a must.
• Have a White Card
• Current Driver’s Licence.
• Posses’ excellent interpersonal skills and be able to provide a fantastic service to our customers.
• Be reliable and have a great work ethic and positive attitude.
• Be able to work well under pressure and be supportive within a team environment.
• Be comfortable working with computers.
• Fluently speak, read, & write in English.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This opportunity is suited to a level-headed Foreman/leading hand who has experience leading small teams while still being on the tools.
Reporting to our Operations Manager, you will lead a team of exceptional bricklayers who are great at what they do and always wanting to learn more.
You will be the direct point of contact between the clients and the in-office team while taking a hands-on approach to the day-to-day operations to make sure that on-site projects run smoothly & efficiently.
