Foreman / Site Supervisor

• Able to work independently and Supervise Construction work
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and technical specifications
• Attend site meetings and inspections
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
• Conduct safety toolbox meetings daily
• Ensure compliance with health and safety training and reporting requirements
• Manage the workshop and ensure all the productions are running smoothly
• Manage issues on-site and resolve them
• Manage and arrange working schedules for staggered off days and rest day
• Manage and arrange transportation and timing for workers for different job site
• Manage the store and ensure all the tools, equipment, PPE, and materials are sufficient
• Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays
• Prepare monthly site progress report
• Record, update, and maintain records for site progress
• Review and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Supervise and monitor subcontractor work and progress
• Submission of required documents to authorities
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned
