Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE …
You will be required to have an attention to detail, efficient time management and effective communication. Immediate start, with an opportunity for permanency, for the right candidates.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, your duties for this role will include:
- Working with the existing team to participate in the on-site roster, 7 days per week, 365 days per year;
- Working in various areas of the FMCG warehouse;
- Effective communication with Production to ensure efficient supply chain processes;
- Loading trucks and consolidating loads;
- General warehouse duties including palletising;
- Perform all tasks safely and efficiently, and in accordance with established work practices and SOP’s;
- Ensure all processes minimise waste and maximise productivity;
- Maintain a clean and tidy work environment;
- Participate in the training provided to ensure a high level of skill and knowledge of the tasks required;
- Understand and comply with all workplace health and safety, quarantine and bio-security standards.
