Description:

Remote / Munich / Berlin - Role requires fluency in both English and German (C2 level)

  • You are willing to challenge. You need to be comfortable directly challenging the founders’ opinions, assumptions, and actions, but also willing to support us if we disagree and we go in a different direction.
  • You are a natural project manager. You can drive the future of the company with a growth mindset and creative pragmatism
  • You are creative. You are willing to do anything required to build a scalable business and help our customers
  • You are tech-curious. You need to be able to work or learn fast to work with many modern tools like Zapier, Loom, Gather, Notion, Slack, etc. Knowledge of coding is a plus!
  • You take pride in delivering great outcomes.
  • You have experience in working and improving remote collaboration in the team.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluent in both German and English (C2 level).
  • Must be available to work extended hours and weekends when needed to meet critical deadlines
  • Must be comfortable with uncertainty. In almost all cases, your job will be to figure it out and own it till you’ve delivered.
  • Must not be bound to your comfort zone. Often, you will need to challenge yourself to go above and beyond.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Join us at Secfix, as a Founder’s Associate, and be at the heart of a high-growth startup journey! As a versatile generalist working directly with the CEO, you’ll be an integral part of our dynamic team. From business development and partnerships to fostering our company culture, you will wear multiple hats in our day-to-day operations. Dive into the world of sales as you establish partnerships and new channels, taking ownership of German-speaking sales demos to contribute to our overall growth. Drive our OKR process, guiding the company towards its goals, and play a pivotal role in automating our daily processes. This is your chance to make a significant impact, contribute to diverse projects, and be part of an innovative team as we collectively shape the future of Secfix.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build partnerships and sales channels: You will have an opportunity to sharpen your sales skills, own sales and partnership demos, and create sustainable, repeatable growth channels for SMBs in German-speaking countries (preferably DACH).
  • Improve Sales and Partnership Ops: Work with the founders to design a sales and partnership process and automate processes with Zapier, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Apollo and new tools.
  • Build our remote culture: We are a 100% remote company, which means we need to work twice as hard to build a great culture. You’ll work with our People Manager to build and maintain our remote culture and support handbooks and processes. We love events so helping to organise virtual events, on-site and in cool locations.
  • Build Hiring Ops: Support our people manager in designing a recruitment process together with the founders and arrange the operations for interviewing future candidates.
  • Help in Product: Coordinate with the designers and the technology team to deliver new features on time to our customers and work on our product roadmap
  • Get things done: Ad-hoc projects e.g. financial modelling, investor reporting, contract creating and review, KPI planning, event organisation, compliance, creating fundraising decks, etc.
  • Be interim Owner: Define a process and hire a dedicated person to do that job, and then move on to new parts of the business
