Description:

As Founders Associate you will be closely working with the four co-founders and across various teams on a wide range of responsibilities. Your main tasks are monitoring and facilitating success and growth, coordinating internal and external communication and ensuring a healthy team culture is maintained.

Tasks

  • You are a extending the business side of the founding team, taking over ownership and helping the founders in all domains: Business Development, HR, Marketing, Go-to-Market and Sales
  • Business Development: Understand customer needs, analyze industry trends and create case studies
  • Sales: Support in all stages of the Sales Funnel
  • Finance: financial planning, forecasting and monitoring as well as coordinating monthly accounting and annual financial statements with the external tax advisor
  • Operations: Help manage various operational tasks to keep the business running, set up processes and grow the Organization.
  • People & Culture: posting recruitment ads, screening applications, helping with the onboarding of new team members and organization of team events
  • Represent Angsa Robotics and support the founders in communicating our vision internally and externally.

Requirements

  • You have at least 1 year of professional experience - possibly alongside your studies
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with multi-tasking skills, high degree of self organization
  • Hands on mentality: You identify potential tasks and get things done
  • Excellent Communication and Coordination Skills
  • Experienced with Office Software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook or Google Equivalent
  • Academic degree in Business Administration, Technology Management or similar
  • Fluent in German and English
