Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Multiply founder’s productivity by being on top of their inbox, take over communication where necessary, rigorously challenge them on their time management, and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the Head of Sales and Sales Executives by making sure they follow up on open sales processes and become their right hand in shaping our sales organisation.
  • Support the founders in high-priority projects to ensure we achieve our goals – especially in our revenue teams. This can include building and implementing new processes, learning about best-practices, designing solutions to critical problems, and more.
  • Be proactive, solve problems independently, and approach your tasks and projects with a hands-on attitude. Be a role model for our operating principles to amplify our unique team culture.
