Attention! Our Founders Team is currently looking for a street-smart and committed Founders Associate (m/f/x) who wants to bridge the gap between the technical and marketing teams.
Become part of our management team, work closely with our CEO and get involved in all relevant company questions. We have developed a clear onboarding plan for the first 12 months of your employment which will assure your personal development (continuous learning and self-improvement) in our fast-paced and highly dynamic environment! This is an excellent opportunity for someone working independently and delivering high-quality results in an early-stage VC startup
Tasks

Requirements

  • You hold a Masters degree in a relevant field with outstanding academic success
  • You either have deep technical expertise with an interest in online marketing and growth or extensive online marketing experience with technical skills, particularly in AI.
  • You have already worked in high-paced startups, consulting companies or VCs
  • You like to be forced out of your comfort zone, work independently and take on responsibility quickly
  • You are a focused and diligent operator, able to sustain attention on a single task in sometimes chaotic situations
  • You are familiar with tracking tools, particularly Google Analytics and have an expertise in leveraging automation tools, including n8n, Zapier, and Make
  • You have experience with various tools such as Google Calendar, zcal, and Calendly to streamline organization and enhance personal efficiency.
  • You are a “process person” with a strong preference for living processes.
  • You are hungry to learn, want to create impact and give 100% and more
  • You have exceptional communication skills, both in giving and receiving feedback (self-reflection is crucial) and are business fluent in German and in Englis

Responsibilities:

  • Successfully migrate at least one project from the experimental phase to a production-ready process within the first month of your employment
  • Develop, test, and implement an acquisition channel or strategy within the first three months of employment, demonstrating measurable results and insights.
  • Lead and execute a project that directly contributes to an increase in company or candidate signups within the first four months.
  • Significantly reduce the time to production for team projects, resulting in reduced workload and improved processes within the first six months.
  • Prove to be a valuable asset in interfacing roles between founders, different departments, and as an individual contributor within six months.
  • Become a key contact person for interfacing between tech, marketing, growth, and strategy within the first ten months.
  • Assume full responsibility for one area of responsibility within the first twelve months.
  • Develop in-depth understanding of the industry, strategy, company vision, mission, and more, to confidently participate in events, panel discussions, and speaking engagements as a company representative within twelve months.
