THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst. This role will be responsible for providing an extremely high level of service to ensure we fulfil the delivery promise. Reporting to the Senior FP & A Manager, you will support budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting and analysis to strengthen the strategic direction and financial sustainability of the business.

• Support the Budget and Forecast development process
• Investigate and analyse Revenue and Expense variances, and understanding the drivers of performance
• Maintain staff movements, and allocation by client for reporting purposes
• In-depth analysis of individual client performance from Transport Management System and reporting tools
• Identifying and understanding trends in performance
• Prepare Month end accruals and reporting on overhead spend
• Prepare monthly performance reports
• Perform upload process into reporting tool (Adaptive)
• Disseminate complex information in a way that is easily understood by various audiences
