ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Regional Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) analyst to support the forecasting needs of our Clear aligner business for the Asia Pacific region. You will perform the consolidation of monthly close financials and forecasts as well as build insights for management decks to drive timely and actionable decisions. You will be a business partner for our Sales Effectiveness, Customer experience and Training regional team. You will collaborate closely with our Corporate FP&A team and market finance leads across the region.
This individual-contributor position will report to the Regional FP&A Director and will be based in Singapore.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL…

• Support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and monthly Latest Estimate (LE) for the clear aligner business
• Prepare timely and accurate financial information/monthly reporting commentary package to management
• Work closely with the market finance leads for consolidation of APAC actual and LE financial results
• Perform month end activities i.e. accruals, operating expense and close validation checks
• Support development of monthly reporting decks for management
• Perform forecast data upload in planning tool (Planful)
• Support corporate driven projects for the region i.e. new planning tool, finance data lake
• Be the systems go to person for the planning tool and SAP BW excel for analysis
• Identify and optimise process enhancements for FP&A activities
• Other ad-hoc projects and analysis as assigned

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL NEED …

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline, or professional accounting certification such as Certified Public Accountant / Chartered Accountant
• At least 3+ years relevant experience
• Agile, results oriented, customer focused
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Proficient in MS excel and power point. Familiar with SAP system, SAP BI
• Hands on with great eye for detail
• Strong sense of curiosity, is pro-active and resilient with willing-to-learn spirit
• Possess work experiences in multinational company environment, with ability to operate in a matrix environment and across diverse cultures
• Self-motivated with an inquisitive mind who seeks to continuously improve existing processes
• Deadline oriented
• Acts with integrity and fairness with high standards of accountability
