The Finance Analyst, Vision Care, will support the overall forecasting, planning and analysis activities of the APAC Regional FP&A team. You will be supporting on actuals financial close cycles and planning activities, including performing financial analysis for decision support to business partners, investors relations commentary, ongoing finance function improvement projects, around optimization of reports, analytics, and business support processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required
• Knowledge of general finance/accounting processes, independent thinking, and strong planning/prioritization are critical to success.
• Strong communication skills and customer focus is required
• Must be able to challenge status quo and a continuous improvement mindset
• Intermediate to advanced use of Microsoft Office is required
• Demonstrate honesty and ethical behaviour in all areas of responsibility, and act as a role model for J&J Credo values
