Description:

We are looking for a financial planning and analysis (FP&A) to become a member of the global parts, accessories and apparel (PA&A) group. The analyst works with management and business units responsible for the product portfolio to plan, analyze and optimize global PA&A profitability with a product portfolio management approach.

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate for this position has a natural propensity for data analysis, an understanding of finances, a good team spirit and ease of communication.
Three (3) to seven (7) years of relevant experience in data analysis and Finance.
Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting or other related field.
Curiosity, desire to make a difference and desire for continuous improvement through the search for references, best practices and networking opportunities with industry peers.
Strong oral and written communication skills, in both official languages.
Ability to create and maintain relationships and collaborative networks.
Ability to influence different groups of people to arrive at solutions that benefit all parties.
Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
Ability to work without supervision and lead independently in a dynamic environment.
Knowledge of database structures and query tools (e.g. Snowflake, SQL/MySQL).
Exposure to data preparation and management software (e.g., Power Query, Knime).
Exposure to data visualization software (e.g. Power BI).
Strong computer skills, particularly with the Microsoft Office suite.
Proven ability to learn and use different information systems (e.g. SAP, TM1, Ariba, etc.).
