Responsibilities:

We have an exciting opportunity for an FP&A Assistant Accountant to join a friendly team working from our any of our regional offices on a Permanent basis. The purpose of the role will include;

  • Ownership of weekly JV cash forecasts with variance analysis.
  • Support in aspects of financial reporting including delivering month end, prepare/ review of journals, reconciliations and flash management accounts.
  • Support the JV monthly modelling process, including banking covenant reporting.
  • Support in the preparation of the monthly management information packs for external stakeholders.
  • Support in the preparation of board reports.
  • Support with the monthly JV recharge process.
  • Develop and maintain necessary controls, policies and procedures to ensure an effective and efficient financial management environment within the department.
  • Assist in all statutory deadlines including supporting the year end audit process & preparation of the TCL financial statements.
  • Assist in the preparation of the annual budgeting process and reviewing and consolidating regional budget files.
  • Project work including enhancing the use of IT systems e.g. COINS reports for management.
  • Support with various pieces of regular and ad-hoc analysis.
  • Support the FP&A Manager on ad-hoc tasks.
  • Support Senior Management with ad-hoc reporting requests.
