The Restaurant Group (TRG) is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join our Group Head Office team. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of a leading company in the hospitality industry.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• FP&A Experience: 1-3 years in FP&A, preferably within a multi-site company.
• Analytical Skills: Demonstrated expertise in analysis with advanced Excel capabilities.
• BI Platforms: Experience in developing reports using BI platforms, particularly Fourth Analytics and Power BI, is highly advantageous.
• Communication & Teamwork: Exceptional communication skills and a strong team player.
• Stakeholder Interaction: Confident in engaging with senior business stakeholders.
• Organisational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an FP&A Manager at TRG, you will be instrumental in our forecasting and budgeting processes, generating reports that offer critical business insights. You will work closely with TRG’s three divisions and central finance functions, providing direct support to our CEO and CFO in making key strategic decisions. Our FP&A team is small but impactful, and we need someone with strong business acumen, dynamism, and meticulous attention to detail.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Data & Stakeholder Management: Lead the Group’s budgeting process, including both P&L and cash flow components, managing data and engaging stakeholders effectively.
• Commercial Reporting: Oversee the Group’s commercial reporting using our BI platform (Fourth Analytics) and external data providers.
• Board Reporting: Prepare the Group’s month-end report to the Board.
• Ad Hoc Analysis: Develop ad hoc commercial analyses and insights to support strategic initiatives.
• Strategic Support: Provide essential support on key strategic projects.
